iOS 16 Upgrade kills access to Intranet

iOS 15.7 allows a bookmark to an on-prem server hosting our intranet to resolve perfectly to our web server, but after upgrading to iOS 16 (checked on numerous devices), resolution is routed to public DNS servers and does not resolve to our on-prem web server. I checked the settings on my DHCP server and it provides our internal DNS servers as primary and secondary. I haven't pulled a packet log yet. Just trying to see if the community has seen this.

My Iphone (specifically Safari) when connected to WiFi seems to be ignoring the OpenDNS server settings and so content is not being blocked as expected (ie various social media sites). Here's what i can verify: Im not using any kind of VPN or proxy on my iphone Im definitely connected to my home wifi The content filtering via OpenDNS works fine on other wirelessly connected devices such as windows PCs connected to the same WiFi network. Even if I manually change the DNS settings on my wifi connection on my Iphone it still seems to ignore them. Issue with DNS on website after iOS 15.5 Upgrade / Too Many Redirects A website we host is currently inaccessible to a number of our users as of the ios 15.5 upgrade. We have confirmed out of the ~1000 concurrent monthly users, all affected users are on ios 15.5 on an iphone or ipad, however, many users on ios 15.5 are also able to connect. This means it is not a strict ios 15.5 issue across the board - but it is limited to ios 15.5. The website is bidstreet.ca, which when users try to load, generated a too many redirects and they are unable to view the website. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to even start debugging this?

iPhone Wi-Fi DNS Fix for App Updates and Downloads -Go to your settings -Go to Wi-fi -Choose the wifi connection you are connected to -Scroll down to 'Configure DNS' -Set to Manual and make sure you match it with the DNS on your Wifi Router. -it is most times set to 8.8.8.8 But go to Network Settings if you have a computer connected to your network and check IP Settings for 'DNS Servers' the correct DNS will be listed.
