watchOS 9 Break Sleep Tracking?

My WatchSE was fine about tracking sleep, but when I upgraded to 9.0 it went in the toilet. Says I was awake 7 hours when I obviously wasn't. And no changes in my sleep behavior to make the watch misread my sleep activity.

Has anyone upgraded their watch and not their iPhone to 16?

Conversely, has anyone upgraded their iPhone to 16.x but not upgraded their watchOS?

If either of the above, are you getting accurate sleep results?
