Is there a way to calibrate the altitude or barometric pressure on my Apple Watch Ultra if I know one or the other?

I know the Apple Watch uses Barometric Pressure when calculating altitude. If I am at an elevation marker, can I calibrate the elevation on my Apple Watch Ultra to match the elevation marker? Or if I am at an airport where the barometric pressure is known, can I calibrate the barometer on my watch to match the known barometric pressure?

I saw there was a way to calibrate the compass so I am wondering if it is possible with these measurements. Thanks!
