How do you log your kettlebell workouts?

Use the Functional Strength Training workout type;

Choose Functional Strength Training when performing dynamic strength

sequences for the upper body, lower body or full body, using small

equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands and medicine balls, or

with no equipment at all.
