Memory error on iPhone 13

Yes, the is a phishing popover that you picked up from a website somewhere. It is fake, you don't need that app and it is a sleazy way to advertise.

Do this:

1. Open the app switcher (swipe up from the left then hold) find safari, tap on it and swipe upward to close it.
2. Go to Settings > Safari and scroll down to erase history, tap on it and erase your history.
3. Restart your iPhone.

What is the exact error message? Can you post a screenshot?

Never seen that one before. What app were you in? What were you doing? What happens if you click on Show (click and post it but don't enter anything on the next page because it could be a phishing attempt).
