NEED HELP WITH LAST UPDATE ON MY I PHONE ALWAYS LOSING CONNECTIONS

I updated my I phone 7 with the latest Security update. Now I am having an issue with loosing connections all the time. I turn my phone off, turn it back on and it still happens. sending Text messages dont always go thru. I'm not sure if this an Apple problem, or is it my internet , or Phone
