Phone keeps crashing since ios 16

I have an iPhone 11 never had any problems but since updating to ios 16 it freezes constantly in safari (particularly when filling in Web forms), randomly crashes in apps

Have reset network settings, multiple soft reboots, backed up but it keeps happening

What am I missing? 😫

iPhone 14 Pro Crashing Over and Over A few days ago, my iPhone 14 Pro randomly crashed while I was scrolling on Instagram. I turned it back on and it continued working fine. Yesterday, it happened again while I was scrolling Facebook, except it wouldn't turn back on normally. I had to use the up button, down button, hold power button 30 seconds to get it to turn back on. I tried updating to iOS 16.6.1 to see if that would help. Today, it has crashed over 15 times while using various apps/settings on my phone and I have to reset the phone each time. All of my apps are up to date and I have been closing out apps after using them, but it keeps crashing. What could be causing this? Should I try updating to iOS 17.0.3?

all apps crashing after iOS 17 My iPhone 14 Pro is crashing nonstop after downloading iOS 17... my messages, Apple Music, snapchat, instagram, Bank of America, and safari will often randomly crash and refuse to open repeatedly even after closing the app window and trying again. At least once every hour of use, my phone will randomly restart and give the black spiral screen which sometimes stays for 2-3 minutes before turning back on. Are similar issues happening to anyone else?
