Unknow Billing

hello guys can any body help. i get the information from Customer service DANA. last time i complaint about recent purchase but i didnt get the email about that, and i never order it and not get the apple one service. but my DANA balace get deduct about IDR.129.000. it says if it want to request a refund on a now cancelled I have to go via @AppleSupport but this subscription is not on the list to request a refund, and I didn’t get any email from apple about that purchase. who’s got this wrong please?
