eSim, Is It Preferable Over A Physical SIM
Is there a benefit to using an eSIM that isn’t provided by a physical SIM card? Is it more secure? Does it allow for better reception? Etcetera…

eSIM does not provide any performance benefit over a physical SIM. A SIM (eSIM or Physical SIM) has no data on it except the network login information to your carrier.
Benefits of an eSIM:
Your phone can be activated without a trip to the carrier store or waiting for the SIM card to arrive by mail.
When traveling you can activate a local eSIM over the internet before you even get to your destination.
