Im not able to call or receive calls is showing apple need info for a subscription I did not do how do I fix this issue

You have 2 different problems. Not being able to make calls and not being able to update apps have nothing to do with each other.

I attempted to down load last update but Apple keeps asking me to pay a subscription I did not do. So it does not let me do anything until I put a card info
