The whatsapp web says that whatsapp is available for safari 11 so update it but there are no updates my ipad os is up to date

I tried to use whatsapp web on my ipad pro m1 (which i have been using a lot since last year coz my iphone 5s is dying)(and there are no updates the whats app doesn't have future updates anymore) and now when i click on whatsappweb site on my ipad it says that whatsapp is available on safari 11+ so update your safari😒 but my ipad os is up to date and even on app store there are no updates for safari(i guess it updates it self with software updates right?)
