Face ID Problem After Update to iOS16

After updating my iPhone XS Max, Face ID began to lag several times and it kept asking for my passcode several times. I tried to perform a had-reset but the problem still persisted, so I opted to reset my Face ID. Unfortunately, when I tried to set up y Face ID again it prompted "Face ID Is Not Available. Try setting up Face ID later."

How am I suppose to fix this?
