How to undo report junk text messages?

The new iOS makes it very easy to accidentally report a message as junk. I got an authorization code from an automated system that I accidentally marked as junk and now I have no idea which number it is in the blocked numbers or how I can undo the block. Are the blocked numbers in chronological order of blocking and if so, is the first number or the last number the most recently blocked number?

Also, what happens if I need another authorization code from the same automated system? Will I just never receive the authorization code? You should be able to shake the phone immediately after accidentally blocking your number and have the option to immediately unblock it.
