Connectivity Issues with iOS 16 or iPhone 14

I received my iPhone 14 pro and have connectivity issues. Sites won’t fully load, and the same with apps. Total loss of connectivity sometimes. It happens on Wi-Fi or cellular. When it happens on cellular it shows I have full bars. I don’t know if this is an issue with iPhone 14 or iOS 16. I traded in my old phone so it’s hard to tell, but I didn’t have these issues with my old iPhone 13 Pro on iOS 15.

Is the iPhone up-to-date? iOS 16.0.2 was recently released. You can check this at Settings > General > About
