Same charger for the multiple devices

I have bought M2 Air Macbook and it has the 30W charger inside. Can I use the same 30W charger to charge my Airpods 3 and iPhone or any other device? Like Samsung Galaxy S10 maybe. Or it will harm the battery of the device due to high voltage? (30W)
