My 13pro does not have "vibrate on ring" or "vibrate on silent" switches in sounds and haptics

My wife and I both have newish 13 pros. I have updated to ios 16, she has not. I recently wanted to set my phone to vibrate only, and discovered my settings are different than hers. I do not have the switches at the top of the Sounds and Haptics settings for "vibrate on ring" or "vibrate on silent". Did it get removed for ios 16? Or is my phone "special"?
