locked out of iphone

i changed the password to my phone and cannot remeber it. i dont know how to download my phone onto my laptop to reset it without having the phone unlocked

Once the phone is disabled, you won't be able to back it up on your laptop, you can restore data from backups once you have your phone unlocked.
