Bugged phone

How do I fix this? I dropped my phone this morning and ever since that it keeps turning off on me every 5 minutes, when it was off it showed me like a link so I looked it up on my iPad and it told me to like restore my phone I followed all the steps on how to restore it without a Mac but it keeps turning off. Can someone please help me.
