I’ve never been able to access the voicemail on my moms phone for her (95 years young) her phone is the 8 plus on a t-mobile account
how do I access it? The indicator says she has 3 voicemails. When I tap the voicemail icon the screen gives me a small screen selection to call voicemail
When I call voicemail it asks for my password which I don’t know
