Setting up multiple home screens/app layout - IOS 16 - iPhone 14 Pro

I would like to have multiple home screen set ups. Not just different backgrounds, but different app and widget layouts.

For example, during the week, I would like to have my calendar, email, and Zoom apps and widgets to be prominent; and on the weekends (or afterhours) I would like my personal email, music, and fitness apps to be more prominent.

I know I can change lock screens (and look and feel) but I am unsure if I can quickly switch app and widget layouts. I don't know if Focus Mode is right (I don't want to limit texts and notifications).

Focus mode will allow you to select specific home screens for each focus you create and since ios15 you can have any particular app icon on as many home screens as you need. Create all the home screen variants and assign them by focus mode.

I don't think you can have different backgrounds by focus unless you switch lock screens manually using tap and hold on the lock screen.
