FaceTime question mark

Made FaceTime call which did not connect. A permanent question mark icon now visible on iPhone 11 Pro keypad. How can I remove a mark ?

Try a forced restart.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

question mark on iPhone 11 facetime icon permanently. Have tried numerous hard resets to no avail

cannot facetime my usual clients help greatly appreciated
