iPhone 12 gets hot using Apple CarPlay cable
My phone gets hot using Waze on Apple CarPlay, it has only happened in the last few days.
Are you using an Apple cable or a 3rd party one? Depending on how long you are using Waze and the signal strength your cellular data has during that time the phone getting hot isn’t odd. Also…did you get a warning message saying your phone was too hot and some functions would not work until it cooled?
