Why do I have a microphone Icon on the lower right corner of my display?

I have a microphone icon on the lower right corner of my Mac Pro Display, and I have no idea how it got there. How do I disable it?

Try disabling Voice Control in System Preferences > Accessibility > Voice Control.

Privacy & security cannot give microphone access to any app except safari. I cannot use messenger, whatsapp, zoom, chrome for this reason.
