Checkerboard kinda flicker/pattern only on YouTube dark mode (Lenovo Q24h 10 with MBA M1 ONLY)

I have recently grabbed Lenovo Q24h 10. It's been only 3 days and I am using it with Macbook Air M1 for graphic designing purpose mainly.

While it is absolutely fine for my primary usage, I noticed a strange checkerboard type flickering only on Youtube dark mode. I actually noticed this straight out of the box. So I thought to test with a screenshot of the same page and same checkerboard appears on the grey area (HEX #181818) of the image. Attached one jpg of it. This only appears on this particular grey shade and not on any other colours.

So to test it further, I have tried plugging it on my wife's MBA M1 as well and yeah, the pattern persists! But on my Intel Mid 2015 MBP and Asus Zenbook Pro Duo laptop everything looks fantastic with both USB C and HDMI port. No weird pattern or flicker or whatsoever. So this definitely confirms that the monitor is fine and the problem is with Macbook Air M1 series.

So my question is what could be happening in case of M1 laptops? I have seen the same issue posted in Lenovo and Apple community but haven't found any fix for it.

Hello, Dippyaman. Thank you for posting to the Apple Support Communities. We understand your situation and how you are noticing an issue when using your Mac’s display to view videos. We are happy to help you with this.

From what we gather, this issue only seems to appear when you open certain websites or videos on your Mac. To isolate this further, we’d like to find out if this problem occurs with every web browser that you open the video with. If you only use Safari with your Mac, can you tell us if the issue persists when Private Browsing is enabled for Safari?

This last Apple Support article also contains troubleshooting steps that we would suggest using if you are noticing that your Mac’s display does not display videos as you would expect:

Hey Dippyaman,

Does adjusting the resolution have any impact on this? Test to isolate using the following steps:

1. From the Apple menu, choose System Preferences, then click Displays.
2. In Display Settings, select the external display in the sidebar, then press and hold the Option key while you click Scaled to see additional resolutions.
3. Select a resolution, then click Done.

If your external display isn't detected or appears blurry when connected to your Mac

Take care.

Hello, thanks for your response. Sorry if my question was not clear to you. I would like to correct you that the issue is actually not with certain site or browser but for a shade of grey i.e. HEX #181818 (BG of YouTube's dark grey mode) Also, the checkered pattern is appearing on the external display, not on the Macbook Air itself. But there's no checkered pattern for that particular colour on the external display when connecting it through the older mac and windows laptop using the it same USB-C & HDMI cable, It is only happening with the M1 series what I realised.
