stuck in recovery mode
recovery process gets through extracting software but at restoring process tells me that it coul not be updated

Here is further information that might help you;
if are using Windows 7 (or Windows 8), your version of iTunes will be limited to 12.10.11.2, which in turn means that you will not be able to use it to update your phone to iOS 15 or later. If you have already updated the phone to iOS 15, then you will not be able to manage it with iTunes 12.10.11.2.
iOS 15 requires iTunes 12.12.0.6 or later and the current version of iTunes (on the day of writing this) is 12.12.5.8 which was released on 12 September 2022.
