My city is not showing!

why I can’t find my City on Apple apps such as weather and maps? It’s independent city called “Surman” located in the state of “Libya”.

its like apple has accidentally dropped it from the existence!

please add it, on maps and weather apps, Like google apps where it appears very easily there.
