Hello. A few minutes ago I was charged about $30 from my bank card, but there is no such app in my apps and I didn't pay to buy it. Looks like I've been a victim of a scam. Can you advise me how to do it?

Hello ~ Contact your bank card and go over it with them to see if you were actually charged. If so your card has been breached and you will need to work that out with your bank.
