If your data was not backed up or synced to the cloud, it's gone. There is no way to recover it at this point.

Unfortunately, that is not an option.
This is why you should be backing up on a regular basis. The data needs to be backed up before something goes catastrophically wrong, not after.
Which is why I asked, and you didn't answer, if you followed the steps in that article. If you did and it didn't work then you have to use the link KiltedTim provided and you will have to rely on your backup.
