Static noise on Iphone 13 pro

Hello, i have Iphone 13 pro which is 5 months old (still in warranty) and when i start a phone call the speaker beggin to generate a static noise. I have the noise when i switch to speaker, or when i connect the phone to my smart watch. Looks like a problem with the receiver or? I share with you a video which i uploaded to google drive.

static, cracking annoying speaker i have an iphone 13 and anytime i watch anything like tiktok, a video snapchat ANUTHING AT ALL my speaker makes a sound but i can still hear the tiktok but hear static and crackling and it’s been like this for a long time how do i fixxxx

Clicking sound on iPhone 13 About two weeks ago I started hearing a clicking sound on my iPhone 13. It doesn’t happen on every call, but when it does happen, it is continuous, every few seconds. It happens on both incoming and outgoing calls. I am on the latest version of iOS and it is not coming from notifications. I have restarted my phone a few times, but nothing stops the sound. It makes me feel like my phone is tapped. I also have an Apple watch6 which is linked to my phone and I always wear the watch. The watch also has stand alone capability, so I can answer calls when my phone is not nearby.
