Apple Music Songs and Playlist disappeared from iphone?

Hi Apple Community,

So my daughter's apple music songs and playlists have disappeared on her iPhone. We've checked all the settings, other posts for help, etc... she's turned on and off sync library... and still nothing. See screenshot below..."Seems" like it might be an iCloud issue? Why?... Because...

*Note: A month ago she switched her apple id due to an email change, it was all updated everywhere we could think of... in family sharing, etc, etc.; a few days ago she tried to fix an issue with iMessages: iPhone and laptop not "communicating"... after going into preferences on iMessage on laptop and clicking "enable messages on iCloud"... daughter's phone somehow linked up with my wife's phone (via apple ID) and they started "sharing" messages on both phones... We called apple support and at least fixed this...

But now have this Apple Music issue...

Probably should go to the apple store - genius appt?

Please use the steps as listed her to restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

Please use the steps here to unhide music: Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support

Open the Apple Music app or the Apple TV app.
In the menu bar at the top of your computer, choose Account > Account Settings.
If prompted, sign in with your Apple ID.
On the page that appears, scroll to the Downloads and Purchases section. Next to Hidden Purchases, click Manage.
Under the item, click Unhide.

If you can't find or play a song, check if you added it from Apple Music. If it came from another source, the song might be waiting to upload. Try these steps:

Turn on your Mac or PC and connect it to the Internet.
Open the Music app or iTunes for Windows.
Keep the Music app or iTunes for Windows open so your library can finish uploading.
