Online personal session

I signed up for an online personal session. This is my first one. Do they call me? Do we do it online with a computer and phone? I thought that once I signed up there would be more information but there wasn't. Could someone please tell me how this works?

I went online and saw linked information but it wasn't very specific. I know I get 30 minutes but how do they contact me?

Someone please clarify.
