Wallet/Apple card

I upgraded my iPhone and everything seemed to transfer accept my Apple Card in Wallet.

it is there as a previous card but when I go to add it I comes back as ‘Unexpected Error’

what is the fix to that?

Start by going to settings>general>reset>and reset your network settings.
Force reboot your device (Force reboot device - Apple Support)
Make sure you are using the same Apple ID on the new device that you used to apply for the Apple Card.
Sign out of your Apple ID and back in.
Check the region on your device to ensure it is correct (Settings>general>language & region - set to your region). If it is correct, you may need to select the same region again.
Check your Apple ID region to make sure it is correct. If it is correct, you may need to select the same region again. (Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support)

go to iCloud.com>sign in and go to account settings>then tap your device and choose to remove Apple Pay from device. Restart your phone then set up Apple Pay again to see if that allows you to add it.

I tried all of the listed steps and I still get the same result

offers me the Apple Card under Previous card but I get “unexpected error” when trying to add

I tried deleting wallet to reinstall but I can’t. That only lets me remove from Home Screen.

I don’t know how to fix and unexpected error.
