Time in bed is wrong
I recently got a new Apple Watch series 8 and started using to track sleep. For the first couple of nights the Time in Bed and Time Asleep seemed accurate.
However, for the past 2 nights the Time in Bed is wrong by a lot. Time Asleep still looks ok.
I’ve attached a screen shot.
Also, please don’t suggest the standard stop / restart the sleep setup. That’s not helpful and never gets to the root of the problem.
