Disc Utility problem while reinstalling

I bought a secondhand M1 macbook pro and i followed a tutorial from which i deleted my Macintosh HD and MHD - Data. Now it is showing Apple SSD and container disc 3 instead of it and i don’t know what to keep and what to delete to reset my macbook completely as a new. Running on Big Surr

Try using the following support articles to both properly erase the Mac's system drive, and then, re-install macOS.
