AirPod Max LED flashes amber, however, does not follow up with white.

I have charged my AirPod Max and put it back into its case. I followed the factory reset and the LED flashes amber. However, it does not follow up with white. How do I fix this problem?

Did you continue to hold the noise control button and the Digital Crown after the LED flashed amber?
