i Recently got my iPhone 14 and got it with no carrier well in the process tried connection it to my carrier but when I seen to do that it says no number found a QR code I have no access to and is also asking for sm -dp+ address, activation code and confirmation code

Gotcha:
Generally a call to the the carrier who can then manually enter your IMEI2 into their system is sufficient.
But if the call agent has yet to be be trained … 😣
Does sound a bit like trying to provision an eSIM “back when” … I just kept on calling until I reached an agent who DID know what I was talking about (and it DID take a few attempts)

I’ve recently transferred 3x eSIMS between 2x iPhones and never needed to manually enter anything.
While manually entering the codes WAS often necessary 4 years ago, it’s doubtful that you genuinely NEED to do so for any North American carrier in late-2022.
What exactly are you trying to do? Your carrier SHOULD be able to walk you thru any eSIM provisioning scenario.
It’s a Spanish carrier (Orange) and not on Apple’s list of auto transfer friendly. Believe me if the automatic process worked I would not be asking
