Mac mini m1 purchased in USA, will it work in India? I see on the cable 125v 2.5A does it work on 100 240v

Yes. The Apple-supplied charging equipment will accept 100 to 240 volts.

You can replace the power cable with one with the correct plug for India, or you can use a plug adapter with the US power cable.
