How to reset Apple Watch and pair again when too many passcode attempts

My phone is locked due to too many failed password attempts. I have unpaired the watch from my iPhone but cannot get into the watch because it is locked. What do I do to fix this?

Apple Watch: Too many passcode attempts and cant reset via watch or phone I have had too many passcode attempts (its a long story) and now get the message Reset Apple Watch and Pair Again. The problem is I cant do a reset from my watch, because it is locked. When I tried doing it from my phone, I must have done something wrong, because all watch data/info has been lost from my phone, yet my phone won’t let me re-pair automatically and the manual set-up requires access to the “i” icon on the watch. What to do?!?
