Apple wallet won’t open the add card option

My Apple Wallet won’t give me the option to add a card

Hello Josef1957,

Please make sure your country/region is supported: Countries and regions that support Apple Pay - Apple Support.

Also make sure your credit card supports Apple Pay and being added to the Wallet app.
