My Apple Watch app is stuck on the “Good morning - if you have an Apple Watch you can paid it with your iPhone here” screen. My watch is already paired and I can’t get out of that screen.

Didn't work. My phone still shows that screen in the Apple Watch app.
How do I unpair when I can’t get off that screen above?
