As shown in the error message and as explained in the support document you posted from: If you see the message "Could Not Add Card" or "Invalid Card," contact your bank or card issuer.


Seems there's a problem with the card, Chase may not be supporting that specific card for Apple Pay. Contact Chase for further details.
