Amber alerts

How can I make sure i get amber alerts on my phone? even with do not disturbs and all government alerts on?

Amber alerts still sounding even though I have them turned off. I have had this iPhone 14 pro max for two years and just had it sound an Amber alert for the first time tonight. I have always had them turned off. My husband has an iPhone 14 pro and it also had the amber alert happen this evening. Both phones are have current software updates. how to re read an amber alert after dismissing iphone 14. I received an emergency alert amber alert 12 year old missing in my neighborhood. I dismissed it but I’d like to see it again. How do I do that?

This may work - Open Settings > Notifications then scroll down to Government Alerts where you can turn on Amber and other government alerts.

Hi Carol. I’ve tried that everything’s on even the test one. Any other ideas? I turned it all the way off and back on plus the new update. I don’t know if that works yet.
