How do I reset my notes password
I forgot my old notes password and I need to reset it to access the old notes.

If you forgot the notes password you cannot access those notes. You can create a NEW notes password for notes created in the future, but that will not unlock notes that were locked with the old Notes password. Here is more detail→How to lock or unlock notes on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
