Non delivery of AirPods
I ordered air buds as a gift as I was unable to go out due to Covid/pneumonia. Little did I know that the Uber Courier driver would basically falsify delivery. Not only was I in front of my house as app showed driver route but our security camera shows no delivery. Driver was about 1 mile away, up pops delivered and driver disappears. Apple has been totally unsupportive. It has been 5 days and no resolution. Why is so difficult for them to resolve when I even have the drivers name?
