Voice memo storage bug

Hello apple team, I am facing the Voice Memo high storage issue on my iphone XR it is giving me 2.3TB of usage even after deleting the App. I could not find any solid solution recommended on Apple community channel, please let me know if updating to ios16 can fix this issue. Also do you suggest any possible way to backup my phone, I tried both on PC and iCloud, it is disconnecting after several minutes of connecting to itunes. Also tried to backup to iCloud it is stuck on estimating time of backup.

Hello Team, thanks for the reply, I was able to solve the issue by deleting the voice memo app and turn it off from iCloud and updated my phone to ios16 and transferred my data to another iphone with ios16. After data transfer on new phone the issue of voice memo has been resolved and to resolve the issue on the old phone I erased all contents and settings
