iPhone 13 Lock Screen delay

Recently, I've purchased brand new iPhone 13 which gets delay while I press power button to unlock it.

I've restore my iPhone but this issue still persist.

Did you buy it new from Apple or Apple approved reseller? Or from ebay or similar?
