iPhone is disabled
I gave this phone to my dad and I used his sim card out of his phone which isn't an able iPhone and the screen says iPhone is disabled.

That error is usually related to the passcode being entered incorrectly too many times. Follow If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
