Today i got a random invite from a person i do not know on family sharing. How did they get my information?

They probably didn't get your information. When someone invites someone else, the use their email address only. No tother information is required or needed. They could have made a mistake when typing the email they meant to use and it got sent to you.
If you don't know the person, simply decline the invitation.
