Now playing stops working.

I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max and an Apple Watch series 4. The now playing stops working and I have trouble getting it back on. Is there a way to prevent this?

Hello larauto,

We understand that the "Now Playing" feature isn't working exacted. To clarify, is this on the iPhone, Apple Watch, or both? Since noticing this, have you tried restarting both devices?

If restarting doesn't correct the issue, updating your devices would be a good idea. Be sure to back up your iPhone before starting the update.

I updated both the watch and the phone. It seems to be working ok for now, but it can go days and then all of a sudden it stops working I usually have to restart both of them and then just keep using it by the phone until it comes back on. Hopefully I will not have anymore problems.
