iCloud storage

I’m trying to retrieve this back up but I couldn’t

I’ve tried so many ways but nothing seems to be working out

that back up was from my old iPhone and when I got this new one I transferred all of them to this one iPhone I’m currently using now then I got another iPhone and i logged in the same iCloud on that iPhone and I was deleting some photos on the smaller iPhone not knowing they were also deleting in the both phones and now I can’t get them back

It shows I had some old backups but I can’t retrieve it

I don’t know if you could help me with that

If the photos were synced to iCloud, which would cause them to delete on both phones, the photos would not be in a backup. Check the Photos app and at iCloud.com/Photos using a browser for a Recently Deleted album.
